This was the second home we’ve purchased so my wife and I have an understanding of how these things work. We were pleasantly surprised to see that, throughout the process, Sheila was always a step ahead or within arm’s reach to the answer or whatever information we needed. She was always available and super quick to reply any time I had a question or needed something done. There are enough things that can go wrong and enough adversarial interactions in a normal home purchase. To have Sheila on our side pre-empting pretty much every conceivable problem or speed bump was a huge relief and helped ensure this process went seamlessly. I live hours from this property and a pest, general, and septic inspection was necessary. Knowing how long it would take me to get there, not only did Sheila call her contacts to schedule ALL THREE inspections for the same day but she was able to pull that off within a week of us deciding the time for inspections had come. This is indicative of Sheila’s work efforts and abilities throughout our entire process. I’ve already recommended her to, well, anybody that will listen. Thank you again Sheila! P.S. Small paperwork transfer issue arose about a month after close of escrow. I contacted Sheila and found her just as available and, as always, super quick to reply. The entire issue was resolved within an hour of contacted Sheila!
