Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Patient! Sheila sold property for my 80+ year old parents. In our first conversation Sheila read a statement clearly explaining the seller’s and buyer’s responsibilities. She took the time to explain the technical language so that I understood the process of selling property. Sheila always kept me informed about potential buyers, if the asking price was reasonable, etc. This entire process was done via texts, emails, and a few phone conversations.
