Sheila Edner helped us sell a vacant lot with TRPA constraints. She provided an excellent service and was very responsive. Because Sheila grew up in the area, she knows the rules, regulations and has a network of professionals to call upon. I do not believe it is the realtors responsibility to negotiate the price. Sheila provided knowledge information that allowed us to set and negotiate the price. Given the opportunity to use a realtor in South Lake Tahoe, I would use Sheila Edner again.
