We would highly recommend Sheila! She was very knowledgeable of the area, traffics patterns, and what to look for when buying a cabin. We are from the Sacramento area and knew nothing about how to buy a cabin in Tahoe. Sheila always made herself available to show us homes on the weekend to accommodate our schedule. She knew the history of the property and was able to get us into all the homes we wanted to see. It only took a few months and we were ready to make an offer. Sheila guided us through process, knew all the ins and outs of negotiating a price, and now we have the cabin of our dreams. It’ was a nice touch that she had a gift basket there waiting for us upon our closing. I would highly recommend Sheila!!!
